- suggestions for starting your exercise journey
- the benefits of taking that time out for yourself
Christie will cover the above topics at the Centre before taking you and your bubs out for a walk through Birkenhead, stopping at a park for a light workout that caters specifically to you and your needs as a Mum looking at starting or re-embarking on their fitness journey.
You will finish back at the Centre for some essential key stretches, with time at the end for any questions or reflections.
