We’ll put some of the common sleep myths to bed and discuss when you should expect your baby to sleep through the night. If you’re interested in how many naps your baby should have, or you’re wondering if you’ve hit a sleep regression, come and find out!

I’ll also give you my seven most important sleep tips to help your baby sleep well. You’ll learn about sleep props and how they affect sleep, the best way to run a bedtime routine, the timing of those daytime schedules, and how to avoid overtiredness.
